For cash quotes, the Portal prompts users to include an expiration date if the field is blank when generating a PDF or sending an email. This will help ensure expiration dates are on cash quotes sent to customers.
Include Product Group on Preview Screen
A Group column is now defaulted on the Preview screen to include the Product Group for line items when exporting a csv file. The group will also be included if generating a customer or internal csv file.

User Fields on Companies - User 1-10 fields have been added to the Companies Search & Data screens. These allow for flexibility in displaying additional data.
Orders
Global Customer Comments - A new feature is available where the same customer comment can easily be added to orders. Clicking on the three dot icon in the Customer Comments section on an order will display options where you can select an existing snippet to be added, edit existing snippets, or add a new one. These snippets can be applied across customers and will save time in not having to type out the same comment repeatedly. You can check out a video of this feature here.
Child Line Item Order Settings - An Order Settings icon has been added on Cash Quotes and Orders where users can choose to exclude or include child line items in the Total. The system default is set to not include child line items. You can check out a video of this feature here.
Search As You Type for Emailing Customers - The search as you type to select a customer email address from the drop down has been added for Orders & Cash Quotes.
Invoice Date Format - Update to the Invoice Date field on Orders so that the format follows the date standards for the Employee Portal.
User Fields on Orders - User 1-10 fields have been added to the Orders Search & Data screens. These allow for flexibility in displaying additional data on orders, including data synced from the ERP.
User Fields on Tickets - User 1-10 fields have been added to the Tickets Data screen. These allow for flexibility in displaying additional data and reporting.
Payment Requested Status Fix - An update was released so that the status in the Payment Requested column on Orders > Search is updated when the COD payment link is sent.
Logistics
Additional Fields on Trips Screen - New fields have been added to the Trips screen to display more information. These fields are Name, Ship Date, Delivery Date, Status, Tracking Number, and Trip Number.
PIM
User Fields on Products - User 1-10 fields have been added for Products on the Search & Data screens. These allow for visibility into additional data that can be synced to these fields from the ERP.
Primary Category Assignment Delete - When importing products on the Category Assignment grid, and selecting to Delete Mapping, the Primary Category assignment is now included in this import to remove the Primary Category from a product. Previously, this action would only delete Category 1, Category 2, etc assignments.
Employee
Employee Org Chart Updates - The Employee Tree has been renamed as Employee Org Chart and now also displays employee user last name, team, and position when available.
Basic Tax Rate Fix - Update so when the Basic Tax Rate breadcrumb is clicked, it redirects to the Basic Tax Rates table instead of displaying an error.
System
Payment method Creation Attempts - If there’s a problem with the card payment info found during the verification and vaulting process when a customer is paying a COD link, the card is rejected and it counts as a declined attempt. These attempts are now displayed in the Payment Attempts section of the Portal to help give further visibility to why an attempt was unsuccessful.
Additional Fields on Customer & Internal Files - Additional fields have been added to both the Customer & Internal File screens to help expand reporting and searching capabilities. These include File Type and Extra 1-5.
Additional Internal Files Fields - More fields have been added to Internal Files, including Type, Last Modified, and MetaData. These help provide additional information when filtering on internal files running reports or enhancing search.
Tickets Screen Additional Fields & Search by Code - Additional fields are now available to add to the Tickets Search screen. An update to the general search field to enable searching on code was also released.
General Improvements
TSV & CSV File Preview Improvement - Updates to the preview for CSV and TSV files were released so the data is arranged in columns and more easily viewed.
Customer
Media File Search
A new feature is available to create a page for customers where they can access all available documentation on the commerce site. The page lists part numbers along with links to related documents and supports multiple file types. The search field allows them to search by part number to quickly and easily find the information they’re looking for. Credit App Redirect
Update for the Digital Credit Application to automatically direct users applying for credit to the Credit Application screen when they log in.

CVV Confirmation
As part of enhancements to help prevent fraud, an option to require the CVV code when customers initiate a payment using a saved payment method is now available. When configured, a CVV field will be displayed and required to initiate payment.
