Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate software functionality and performance
- Conduct manual testing to verify the accuracy and reliability of software applications
- Collaborate with product, engineering and customer success teams to understand requirements and verify software functionality
- Identify, document, and track issues to resolution, ensuring the quality and integrity of the software
- Perform regression testing and validate bug fixes to ensure issues are properly resolved
- Work proactively to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact the software's quality
Qualifications
- Previous manual QA experience (optional)
- Development experience (optional)
- CS or IT degree (optional)
- Detail-oriented, helping to ensure that final feature/product delivery meets technical, UX, and business requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with remote team members
- Willingness to understand and learn the customer's business process
