You have the ability to filter your searches using the Customer Mobile App. To do this, start by opening the app.
Locate the screen for which you wish to apply filters. In this example, we will apply filters using the "Quotes" screen. To access the Quotes screen, tap the "Menu" icon.
Select "Quotes".
To access the available filters for this screen, select the "Filter" icon.
You have the ability to sort search results by certain fields. At the top of this screen, you will see the fields available for sorting. You can sort by one field at a time.
To sort search results, you can select the button associated with any field. In this example, we will sort by the "Total". [show screenshot?]
As another example, you also have the ability to filter by the fields available under the "Filters" section. You can filter by one or multiple fields at one time.
Tap any field to select its filter. In this example, we will filter by the "Company Name".
Choose the available filters you want to apply by tapping on the checkbox.
Once you are finished adding filters, tap on the "Apply" button.
The app will automatically sort by the fields and filters you chose and will display the updated search results. You can also view your filters at the top of the screen.
To remove any applied filters, select the "X" icon associated with any filter.
You also have the ability to filter on product searches. To do so, navigate to the app's home screen, and select any product category to browse. In this example, we will search the "Ceilings" category.
Select any sub-category. In this example, we will choose "Acoustical Tile".
Tap on the "Filter" button to access the available filters.
This screen will display all the optional filters for the specific category you are searching under. It will also show the number of filters available for each field. To view the available fields, tap on the "Plus" icon associated with any field.
Doing this will expand a list of the available filters. To apply a filter, select the checkbox associated with it. You can select one or multiple. In this example, we will select four filters under the "Acoustical Edge" section.
To hide the list of filters for a category, select the "Minus" icon.
You can continue apply filters by following the same steps as previously mentioned. In this example, we went ahead and added additional filters under the "Type" section. Once you are finished applying filters, select the "Show Results" button.
The app will automatically apply the filters you chose and will display the updated search results. You can also view your filters at the top of the screen.
To remove any applied filters, select the "X" icon associated with any filter.
