Customer Portal - View and Remove Selected Filters

  1. Select a Product Category

    On your commerce website, customers can customize their product searches by using filters, making it easy to apply and remove them as needed. Select a product category from the home page. In this case, we are selecting "Tools".

  2. Select a sub-category

    Then, select a sub-category.

  3. Select options to filter

    Select and apply your filters. You can add as many filters as you like.

  4. The filters you selected will be shown as "Badges"

    The selected filters will now populate at the top of the page as badges under the product category name.

  5. Click the badge to remove a filter

    Customers can click badges to remove filters.

  6. Click "Clear All" to remove all filters

    Click on the "Clear All" badge to remove all filters.

  7. The page will go back to the Product Category page without any filters

    If you click "Clear All", the page will return to the your sub-category page without any filters applied.
