Customer Portal - Reset Your Password

  1. Click "Register or Sign in"

    Click on "Register or Sign in".

  2. Click "Forgot password?"

    Click the "Forgot password" link to start the process of resetting your password.

  3. Fill in your "Username"

    Enter your username.

  4. Click "Submit"

    Click on the submit button.

  5. A "Success!" message will appear and an email is sent

    A success message will appear and an email is sent.

  6. Click the Reset Password button

    Open the email and click on the button that says "Click to Reset Password".

  7. Fill in your new password

    Fill in both Password and Confirm Password fields with your new password.

  8. Click "Submit"

    Click the "Submit" button.

  9. A "Success!" message will appear

    A success message will appear that your password has been reset.

  10. Your password has been reset confirmation email

    You should also receive a confirmation email that your password has been reset.
