Customer Mobile App - Schedule Payments

  1. Tap the "Menu" icon

    Customers can choose to schedule a payment for open invoices at a later date instead of paying instantly through the customer mobile app. To start, tap the "Menu" icon.

  2. Select "Payments"

    Next, select "Payments".

  3. Search the invoice number

    Find an invoice by entering an invoice number in the search field.

  4. Tap the checkbox of invoice or invoices to select

    Or tap the checkbox of an invoice or invoices for which you would like to schedule a payment.

  5. Tap the "CALCULATE TOTAL" icon

    Tap the "CALCULATE TOTAL" icon.

  6. Tap the Payment Method dropdown

    Tap the Payment Method dropdown.

  7. Select from the dropdown options

    Select from the dropdown options.

  8. Enter CVV code

    For card payments, you will need to enter you card's CVV code.

  9. Tap the calendar icon

    Tap the calendar icon to select date to schedule of payment.

  10. Select the exact date of your scheduled payment

    Select the date from the calendar.

  11. Hit "Save"

    Hit "Save".

  12. Tap "SCHEDULE PAYMENT"

    Check the payment details. If everything looks good, tap "SCHEDULE PAYMENT".

  13. A Thank You message will appear

    A "Thank You" message will appear confirming the scheduled payment was successful.
