Customer Mobile App - View and Edit Saved Locations

  1. Open the app

    You can view and edit your existing locations when using the Customer Mobile App. To begin, open the app.

  2. Tap on the "Menu" icon

    Tap on the "Menu" icon.

  3. Select "Locations"

    Select "Locations" from the list of menu items.

  4. View locations

    The Locations page will display a list of existing locations that were added previously. Here, you can browse through the list of locations. Each location will display the location name and address.

  5. Tap on any location

    Tap on any location to view its Details page and to edit the information.

  6. Tap on any field

    The Details page will show all of the location's information. You can directly edit the information shown on this page. Tap on any field to edit it. In this example, we will edit the "Suite / Apartment Number" field under the "Address" section.

  7. Type any edits

    Use your device's keyboard to type.

  8. Tap on the "Enter" button

    Once you are finished making edits, tap on the keyboard's "Enter" button.

  9. Tap on any field

    You can also edit the fields under the "Contact Information" section. Tap on any field to edit it. In this example, we will edit the "Secondary Phone Number" field.

  10. Type any edits

    Use your device's keyboard to type any edits.

  11. Tap on the "Enter" button

    Once finished making edits, tap on the keyboard's "Enter" button.

  12. Tap the toggle button

    Under the "Configuration" section, you have the ability to determine whether the address should also be displayed as a billing address at checkout. To enable this setting, turn on the toggle button. To disable this setting, turn off the toggle button.

  13. Tap on "Save"

    When you are finished making edits to the location, tap on "Save" to save your changes.
