Customer Mobile App - Enable Biometric Login

  1. Open Customer Mobile App

    The biometric login can speed up the app login process as well as improve security. To enable this feature, open the Customer Mobile App.

  2. A prompt will appear during the first login

    If it's your first time logging in to your account, a prompt will appear asking if you want to enable biometric login. The app will use your phone's biometric security features, such as fingerprint or facial recognition. After selecting "Yes", you can quickly login the next time you use the app.

  3. Tap on the "Menu" icon

    If there is no prompt or the biometric option was canceled the first time, tap on the "Menu" icon.

  4. Tap on "Settings"

    Then, tap on "Settings".

  5. Toggle on the "Enable Biometric Login" switch

    Next, toggle on the "Enable Biometric Login" switch. You'll then be prompted to scan your biometrics every time you open the app.
