Customer Mobile App: Notifications

The Customer Mobile App allows your customers to do business with you no matter where they’re at from a phone or tablet. While they’re on the go, jumping from job site to job site, or just away from their computer, they can seamlessly manage their customer account. To make account management even easier from a mobile device, the Customer Mobile App supports email and SMS notifications.

From getting notifications for when an order is placed to when an order delivery is on its way, notifications enable your customers to remain informed, ensuring they never miss a beat.

Notifications Features

The Notifications section in the Customer Mobile App is conveniently located under the app’s Settings. To support individual customization, users will be able to personally select the notifications they wish to receive.

All notification types are available via email and some are available for both email and SMS. If desired, your customers can choose to receive notifications for both when applicable. The email and phone number associated with a user’s account will receive the notifications.
