When your customers request a quote, you have the ability to create and enter the quote in the Kodaris Operations Portal. Once a quote is created by your team within the Kodaris system, it’s available to the customer in the Customer Portal and the Customer Mobile App, providing visibility into their quotes and allowing them to self-service their account.
This means that your customers have access to all the quotes associated with their company account via the Customer Mobile App from a phone or tablet. While they’re on the go, at a job site, or simply away from their computer, they can view all information related to quotes, like the status of their quote, the subtotal and total, an itemized list of products, and more.
The Kodaris Platform allows for seamless, digital two-way communication, eliminating the need to deliver quotes via email or over the phone. Having this information available on their mobile device gives customers the flexibility to access their quotes anytime, anywhere.
The Quotes feature is easily accessible via the Customer Mobile App’s menu. On the main screen, your customers will find their company’s quotes in a scrollable list format. All quotes that have been created within the Kodaris system can be found here.
The screen offers extensive searching capabilities where customers can use the search bar at the top to search by keyword, quote number, date, price, etc.
Users also have the ability to customize their searches even further using the extensive filter options found within the Kodaris Platform and Mobile Apps. They can sort by quote number, company name, status, total, and more. The filter fields allow customers to search on the quote number, status, purchase order, total cost, and more. The search capabilities found on the app, including on the Quotes screen, can be beneficial in helping your customers refine their searches to find the specific information they need at the time they need it.
To view a quote’s individual information, users can tap on a quote. This will open the quote’s Details page. Here, they will find the status of the quote, the quote number, the date the quote was completed, and the total cost. The shipping and billing addresses are also available on this screen.
Under the “Your Quote” section, customers can see an itemized list of products included in the quote. Per product, the list will contain a product image (if available), SKU, product description, the quantity ordered, and the total cost of each product.
If a customer would like to see more details about a specific product within their quote, they can simply tap on a product in the “Your Quote” section. This will take them to the individual product page with information pertaining to the item, like in-stock locations, general product descriptions, product specs, and more.
