From a phone or tablet, your customers can use the Customer Mobile App to easily view and pay open invoices.
While on the go, they can have immediate access to information such as their total account balance and individual invoices. They can also see specific order details related to each invoice, like the shipping and billing addresses, the date the order was placed, and an itemized list of the products ordered.
With detailed information at their fingertips, your customers no longer need to wait until they’re in front of a computer to do business with you and pay their open invoices. The Customer Mobile App encourages your customers to self-serve, which, in turn, allows you to collect payments anytime—anywhere.
The Payments feature is available for customers to access via the Customer Mobile App on an iOS or Android phone or tablet. An important thing to note is that your customers have the ability to assign specific user permissions to determine who on their team has access to the Payments feature. This means that they have full control over the visibility of this information within their organization.
At the top of the Payments screen, your customers will be able to see their total balance. This information is directly tied to your ERP, and Kodaris updates this information through the Kodaris ERP integration. This is essentially your customer’s digital statement.
They will also see different periods with corresponding balances. If they click on the checkbox for a specific period, it’ll display all the invoices associated with the indicated time period. These period labels and days in length can be configured to match your ERP or even configured to be different than your ERP to provide an enhanced user experience for your customer. Specific configurations can be done using the desktop version of the Portal.
After the balance section, all open and pending invoices will be shown in a scrollable list. The information shown per invoice is as follows: the date the invoice was created, the invoice number, the total invoice amount, the date the invoice is due, and the status of the invoice.
Users have the option to search their invoices using the search bar at the top of the screen. They can search by invoice number, date, total, etc. Once a user types their search query, the app will display all related results.
Users also have the ability to customize their searches even further using the extensive filter options found within the Kodaris Platform and Mobile Apps. They can sort by due date, location, purchase order, and more. The filter fields allow customers to search on invoice number, invoice amount, status, and more. The search capabilities found on the app, including on the Payments screen, can be beneficial in helping your customers refine their searches to find the specific information they need at the time they need it.
Once an invoice is located, your customers can click into it to see additional details. The Details tab will provide further insight into the order itself, like the shipping and billing addresses and the products included in the order. The product line items have corresponding information, too, such as the unit price, quantity ordered, and total cost.
The individual products within an order are even clickable, taking your customers to their product pages when clicked. This can be helpful if your customer is looking for additional information on a product that they’ve already ordered.
On the Files tab, your customers can access the documents associated with the invoice, such as the original purchase order and the invoice PDF. Users will not only be able to view the documents within the app, but they can also download the documents, upload files from their device, and take photos to upload to this screen.
