Using the Customer Mobile App, you can view and attach files to orders. To do this, begin by opening the app.
Tap the "My Orders" button.
Find the order whose files you want to view and attach.
In this example, we used the search bar at the top of the screen to find an order. Once you've located the order, select it.
Select the "Files" tab.
The "Files" tab will store all files associated with an order. Tap on any file to view it.
A preview of the file will display. You can view the file at this time. You can also pinch to zoom in or zoom out.
To exit the file preview, select the "Back" arrow.
To attach files to an order, tap the menu icon.
Tap the option titled "Upload picture from gallery" to upload a file to the order.
A pop-up window will appear where you can select a file from your device to upload. Tap on any file to upload.
After a file is selected, it will automatically save to the list of files. If you'd like to preview the file, tap on it.
A preview of the file will display. You can view the file at this time. You can also pinch to zoom in or zoom out.
