Operations Multilingual - Translate CMS Page Content

  1. Navigate to "CMS"

    To translate text on a CMS page, navigate to "CMS" section in the operations portal.

  2. Click "Pages"

    Then, click "Pages". In order to access, edit, and publish Pages, you will need to have the role of: "administrator" or "superuser", or have the roles of: "contentView" and "contentEdit" and “cmsView”.

  3. Go to “Data” tab

    Go to “Data” tab.

  4. Type the CMS page's code in the "Search..." field

    Find the CMS page you would like to translate by using the "Search..." field.

  5. Click "Edit page" icon

    Click "Edit page" icon.

  6. Change to the translating language

    Click the language dropdown at the top of the page and select the language you would like to use.

  7. Replace the content’s translations

    Replace text with the translation you would like to use.

  8. Click the "Save" button

    Click the "Save" button.

  9. Go to the website and select the language

    To check if the changes have been applied, go to the website and select the language you are translating.

  10. Changes are now applied

    The changes have now been applied.
