Customer Mobile App - Update Billing or Shipping Addresses at Checkout

  1. Open the app

    When placing an order using the Customer Mobile App, you have the ability to directly edit the billing and shipping addresses. To do this, begin by opening the app.

  2. Tap on the "Shopping Cart" icon

    Tap on the "Shopping Cart" icon to access your cart.

  3. Tap on the "Check Out" button

    Tap on the "Check Out" button to access the checkout screen. Before you do this, keep in mind that you will need to have at least one item in your cart.

  4. Select "Change"

    On this screen, you will see all the fields that are required to fill out before placing an order. The shipping address and billing address are a part of the required fields. If you have placed orders previously, the address information may be pre-filled. However, if you want to change the shipping address information, select "Change" within the shipping address tile.

  5. Tap on "Change"

    Doing so will bring up a screen where you can edit the contact information and shipping address. To edit the shipping address, select "Change" under the "Shipping address" section.

  6. Select a new address

    The app will display all available locations that are saved to your company account. Select a new address from this list to change the shipping address.

  7. View updated address

    Once you tap on an address tile, it will automatically update the shipping address for you. You can view the updated address tile under the "Shipping address" section.

  8. Tap on any field

    As mentioned, you can also update the contact information on this screen. To do so tap on any field under the "Contact info" section. In this example, we will update the email address.

  9. Type the new text

    Use your device's keyboard to type the updated text.

  10. Select the "Save" button

    Once you've finished updating the "Contact info" fields, select the "Save" button.

  11. Select "Change"

    To edit the billing address, select "Change" within the billing address tile.

  12. Tap on "Change"

    To edit the billing address, select "Change" under the "Billing address" section.

  13. Select a new address

    The app will display all available billing addresses that are saved to your company account. Select a new address from this list to change the billing address.

  14. Select any field

    Once you tap on an address tile, it will automatically update the billing address for you. You can view the updated address tile under the "Billing address" section. You also have the ability to manually edit the saved address if needed. To do so, select any field under the "Billing address" section. In this example, we will update the street address.

  15. Type the new text

    Use your device's keyboard to type the updated text.

  16. Select the "Save" button

    Once you've finished updating the "Billing address" fields, select the "Save" button.

  17. Tap on any field

    You can also update the contact information on this screen. This follows the same process for updating the contact information under the shipping address. To do so tap on any field under the "Contact info" section. In this example, we will update the email address.

  18. Type the new text

    Use your device's keyboard to type the updated text.

  19. Select the "Save" button

    Once you've finished updating the "Contact info" fields, select the "Save" button.

  20. View the updated information

    After selecting "Save", the billing contact and address will be updated. Now, you can view both the updated shipping and billing information on the Checkout screen.
