In the Customer Portal, your customers can view their order history, track orders, manage locations, and much more. As part of the overall order experience, customers can easily view the scheduled delivery dates for their orders. This capability will allow them to understand when their order is scheduled for delivery, which can save them time and money when planning their operations around shipment deliveries.
The scheduled delivery date information comes from your ERP, WMS, or logistics carrier and will automatically display in the portal with an integration enabled.
On the Orders screen in the Customer Portal, your customers can not only view the scheduled delivery date but also filter and sort the grid by the field. For example, they could sort the grid to position the orders with scheduled delivery dates at the top of the screen for easy access, or they could filter the grid to view delivery dates by a specific date or time period.
