Customer Mobile App - Download Order as a PDF

1. Open the app

   To download an order as a PDF using the Customer Mobile App, begin by opening the app.

   

2. Tap the "My Orders" button

   Tap the "My Orders" button.

   

3. Find the order

   Find the order whose PDF you want to download.

   

4. Select the order

   In this example, we used the search bar at the top of the screen to find an order. Once you've located the order, select it.

   

5. Select the "Files" tab

   Select the "Files" tab to view any files associated with the order.

   

6. Select the menu icon

   Select the menu icon.

   

7. Tap "Generate and save PDF"

   Tap the option titled "Generate and save PDF" to download the order PDF.

   

8. View the PDF

   The file will download to your device. Once it has successfully downloaded, you can view the PDF.
