Operations AR - Set Up Converge Credentials

1. Navigate to "System"

   In order to set up Converge credentials in the operations portal, navigate to "System".

   

2. Click "Settings"

   Then click "Settings". In order to access and update "Settings", you will need to be set up as an "administrator", or "superuser", or have the roles of: "settingEdit" and "settingView".

   

3. Type in "converge" in the "Search..." field

   Enter "converge" in the "Search..." field.

   

4. Look for "convergeMerchantID"

   You'll see all the associated settings here. First, look for the "convergeMerchantID".

   

5. Click the more details icon

   Click the more details icon.

   

6. Paste the merchant ID that was provided to you by Converge

   Your merchant ID will be provided by Converge. All you need to do is copy that ID and paste it in the "Value" field.

   

7. Click "Save"

   Don't forget to click the "Save" button to apply the update.

   

8. Look for "convergeUsertID"

   The next setting that you will need to update is the converge user ID. Go back to the setting list and look for "convergeUsertID".

   

9. Click the more details icon

   Click the more details icon.

   

10. Paste your Converge User ID in the "Value" field

    You will need to paste your Converge User ID in the "Value" field.

    

11. Look for "convergePin"

    The last setting that you will need to update is for your converge pin. Look for "convergePin" in the settings list.

    

12. Click the more details icon

    Click on the more details icon.

    

13. Paste the Converge Pin in the "Value" field

    Copy the converge pin from your terminal and paste it in the "Value" field.

    

14. Click "Save"

    Then, click the "Save" button. You have now set up your Converge credentials in the operations portal.
