Operations CMS - Editing Existing CMS Pages

  1. Navigate to "CMS" section

    You can easily edit and update existing CMS pages by navigating to the "CMS" section in the Operations Portal.

  2. Click "Pages"

    Then, click "Pages". In order to access, edit, and publish Pages, you will need to have the role of: "administrator" or "superuser", or have the roles of: "contentView" and "contentEdit" and “cmsView”.

  3. Search for the CMS page you want to edit

    Search for the CMS page you would like to edit.

  4. Click the "Edit page" icon

    Click the "Edit page" icon to open the page editor.

  5. Click on the field to enter "edit" mode

    To modify the content, simply click on the page or a block to edit the content.

  6. Highlight and press the "delete" key to remove text

    If you need to delete text, you can highlight it with your mouse and press the delete key on your keyboard.

  7. Click on the "Options" icon

    Alternatively, you can click on the "Options" icon.

  8. Choose "Remove blocks"

    Choose "Remove blocks".

  9. Add a new line

    To add a new line, position your cursor at the end of the text where you would like your line to be added and hit the "Enter" key.

  10. New line has been added

    A new line will be added. You can enter your content here.

  11. "Name" field

    You can update the page name if needed. Click on the "Name" field in the "Page" tab on the right side of the screen and update.

  12. "URL slug" field

    Click on the "URL slug" field and update if needed.

  13. Preview button

    Click on the "Preview" icon anytime to check the updates you made. A new tab will open.

  14. Click "Save"

    Click "Save" if you would like to apply your changes.
