In order to drop PDF files on a vendor invoice, navigate to the "AR/AP" section in the Operations Portal.
Then, click "AP Vendor Invoices". In order to access "AP Vendor Invoices", you will need to be set up either as an "administrator" or a "superuser", or have the following roles: vendorInvoiceView", and vendorInvoiceEdit".
Next, you need to search for the vendor invoice in the "Search" field.
Click the more details icon to go into the vendor invoice details.
Click the "Items" tab.
There are two ways to upload the vendor invoice file. The first one is through clicking "browse" then selecting the file to upload. The other way is through dragging and dropping the file directly in the screen. To do that, simply drag a file and drop it in this screen.
"Processing" notification will be displayed on the screen, indicating that the vendor invoice file is being uploaded.
The file that was uploaded will automatically be saved under the Customer Files tab. To check, simply click the "Customer Files" tab.
The file will automatically appear here as a saved file, and is visible internally and also to your customers.
