Employee Mobile App - Update Activity Details

  1. Open the app

    To update the Details of an Activity in the Employee Mobile app, open the app.

  2. Select the "Menu" icon

    To open the Activities feature, select the "Menu" icon.

  3. Select "Activities"

    Select "Activities" from the menu list.

  4. Double tap on an Activity

    Locate the Activity whose Details you want to update, and then double tap on the Activity.

  5. Update any field or text box

    The Details screen will be the first tab to open after tapping into an Activity. On this screen, you can edit any of the fields and text boxes available.

  6. Update the "Description" text box

    In this example, we will update the "Description" text box. To edit this field, tap on it and type your updates using your mobile device's keyboard.

  7. Select the "Enter" button

    To save your edits, select the "Enter" button on your mobile device's keyboard.

  8. Update the "Start Date" field

    For another example, we will update the "Start Date" field. To edit it, tap on the field.

  9. Select a date

    Select a date from the calendar.

  10. Tap the "Ok" button

    Click the "Ok" button to save your changes.
