While Kodaris offers its own standalone, fully operational PIM, you have the option to leverage external PIM integrations to automatically enrich product data. Of course, you can always mass upload any data into Kodaris.
Kodaris maintains integrations with external PIM systems to provide the ultimate flexibility of working within a PIM that is the best fit operationally for your business.
The Kodaris platform can be integrated with the following PIM systems:
When bringing PIM data into Kodaris from external systems, you have two options available:
Option 1: The products maintained through your external PIM integration are considered live products. The Kodaris system will run automated syncs between external PIM systems and the Kodaris PIM, directly updating the live products on your sites. The product information that can be updated is not only basic product data like pricing but also taxonomy, attributes, etc.
Option 2: The products maintained through your external PIM integrations are added to the Kodaris PIM as vendor products. Kodaris has the ability to have products associated with vendors that are separate from the products displayed to your customers. This allows you to have multiple copies of the same product if desired. Your external PIM vendor is set up as a vendor in Kodaris. The vendor PIM product data can then be used to update products which will display to customers. You can choose what data to update by importing and exporting in the Kodaris Operations Portal or by copying and pasting directly in the embedded sheet in Kodaris.
No matter which PIM solution you use, the Kodaris platform will help you manage your product data at scale across multiple systems if needed.
