Operations PIM - View all Products Assigned to an Attribute (Data Grid)

1. Navigate to "PIM"

   To view all products that are assigned to a specific attribute by using the data grid, navigate to the "PIM" section in the operations portal. This option can be helpful when updating multiple products by using the data grid.

   

2. Click "Products"

   Click "Products". In order to access and update “Products” and "Attributes" you will need to be set up either as an “administrator” or a “superuser”, or have the roles of: “productView”, “productEdit”, "facetGroupView", and "facetGroupEdit".

   

3. Choose the "Attribute Assignment" tab

   Choose the "Attribute Assignment" tab.

   

4. Search on attribute code

   To find products assigned to a specific attribute, click into the "Attribute" field and use the type as you search feature to find and select an attribute. In this case, we are searching for an "Insulation R Value" attribute code.

   

5. Choose attribute code

   Choose the attribute code from the selection.

   

6. Products with attribute

   You can now see all products that that have been assigned with that attribute. This feature can be helpful if you would like to check product attributes, remove the attribute from specific products, or if you would like to export products with the selected attribute.
