Operations Customers - Search or Filter on a Company

1. Navigate to "Customers"

   Navigate to the "Customers" section in the Operations Portal.

   

2. Click "Companies"

   Then, click "Companies".

   

3. Browse list of companies

   You will see the list of companies on this screen. There are various ways to search for a company and one is to simply browse the list here.

   

4. Search the company in the "Search..." field

   You can also type to search in the "Search..." field. Companies matching the keywords you are typing will be shown as you type. This is the easiest way to search for a company.

   

5. Click the column filter dropdown

   Additionally, you can use column filters to search for a specific company. Let's try filtering through the "Name" column. Click the column filter dropdown.

   

6. Click filter dropdown

   Click the dropdown icon to see different filter options.

   

7. Select a filter

   Select a filter from the dropdown options.

   

8. Type company name keyword

   Type company name keyword.

   

9. Companies matching keywords will be shown

   Companies matching the keywords will be shown on the screen as you type.
