To receive alerts every five minutes for orders that have not been released in the ERP, first, go to the Operations Portal and search for "Settings".
Then, click the "Settings" menu. In order to access and edit settings, you will need to be set up either as an "administrator" or a "superuser", or have the following roles: "settingEdit" and "settingView".
You will need to configure two settings. The first setting is "sendAlertsForOrderNotInErpEveryFiveMinutes." Enter this setting in the search field.
Click on the more details icon.
Enter "1" in the "Value" field. This will activate the setting.
Then, click "Save".
Go back to the "Settings" screen.
Now, search for "sendAlertsForOrderNotInErpToEmails". This is the last setting that is needed for the configuration.
Click the more details icon.
In the "Value" field, enter the email address to send the "Orders Not Yet Pushed to ERP" alert. If there are multiple email addresses, they should be separated by commas with no spaces.
Save the changes made by hitting the "Save" button.
Now, the user emails entered on the previous setting should receive an email alert every five minutes detailing the total number of orders not in the ERP, along with the order specifics. Note: Email alerts are not sent if orders are older than 3 months.
