Operations Customers - Sign Up a New Customer

  1. Go to "Companies" screen

    Click "Companies". This will be under the CRM or Customers section.

  2. Use the "Search" field

    or you can utilize the search field.

  3. Type in "Companies" in the field

    Enter "Companies" in the field.

  4. Go to the company's details screen

    Go to the company's details screen.

  5. Click the "Add Customer" icon

    Click the "Add Customer" icon.

  6. Add Customer dialog box should appear

    "Add Customer" dialog box should appear.

  7. Type in the customer's email address

    Type in the customer's email address as their username.

  8. Click the "Add" button

    Click the "Add" button.

  9. An error should appear if the customer already exists

    An error should appear if the customer already exists.

  10. Customer's details screen

    You should be redirected to the customer's details screen if added successfully, and can complete the remaining information.
