Employee Mobile App - Comment on Tickets (Internal)

  1. Tap the "Menu" icon

    Leveraging the Tickets feature can empower your team to update your project management tool while on the go, helping them organize and prioritize tasks in real time. The internal comments feature can be used to communicate and track ticket progress with members of your team. Anything posted under the Internal Comments tab will only be accessible to internal users who have the permissions to access the Tickets feature. To leave a comment on a ticket, first, tap the "Menu" icon.

  2. Go to "Tickets"

    Then, go to "Tickets". In order to access and update "Tickets" you will need to be set up either as an "administrator" or a "superuser", or have the roles of: "ticketView" and "ticketEdit".

  3. Search for the ticket

    Search for the ticket.

  4. Double-tap on the ticket

    Double tap on the ticket to see more details.

  5. Go to the "Internal comments" tab

    Go to the "Internal comments" tab.

  6. Type your comment in the box

    Type your comment in the box.

  7. Tap the "Send" button

    Tap the "Send" button and the comment will be left on the ticket.
