Operations Customers - View Orders by Company

1. Navigate to "Orders"

   There a few ways to see all the orders an account has placed. Let's start with looking at the Orders page. Navigate to the "Orders" section in the left navigate menu.

   

2. Click "Orders"

   Then, click "Orders".

   

3. Enter the account name

   Enter the account name in the "Search..." field.

   

4. Orders under a company being shown

   All the orders that are under the searched account name are shown.

   

5. Click the "Company" column filter dropdown

   Instead of searching, you can also filter the grid by the company name. Click the "Company" column filter dropdown.

   

6. Enter the company name

   Enter the company name in the highlighted field.

   

7. Navigate to "Customers"

   Another way to see all orders placed under an account, is to go into the Company account. Navigate to the "Customers" section in the Portal.

   

8. Click "Companies"

   Then, click on the "Companies" option.

   

9. Search the company name

   Search the company name in the "Search..." field.

   

10. Click more details icon

    Click more details icon.

    

11. Click the "Orders" tab

    You will be redirected to the company's Details tab. Click the "Orders" tab.

    

12. Company Orders tab

    Orders will be displayed here and the grid will function just like the Orders page.
