Using the Driver Delivery App comes at no additional cost and can help streamline and automate delivery operations. With a user-friendly app design, your team will be able to easily navigate and manage their trips and individual deliveries, all from an Android or iOS device.

A near real-time, two-way integration with your logistics software will provide your fleet of drivers with all the information they need to successfully complete their deliveries, all while keeping your customers informed with automated delivery status notifications.

• Android and iOS compatible
  • Download the app on any Android or iOS mobile phone or tablet.
• Logistics software integration
  • Connect with integrated logistics software with a near real-time, two-way integration, ensuring that data is accurate and up to date at all times.
• Delivery management
  • Manage deliveries with organized routes broken down by individual stops; all stops contain an order’s lead contact, company name, and address, as well as the items to be delivered and the quantity of each item.
• Delivery status notifications
  • Keep customers informed by sending them automated email and SMS notifications based on the status of their deliveries (e.g. out for delivery, on my way, arrived, delivered).
• Proof-of-delivery tools
  • Photos
    • Take photos within the app and upload the photos to an order to show proof of delivery; all photos will be accessible in the Customer Mobile App, Customer Portal, and Operations Portal.
  • Signatures
    • Capture proof of delivery with an electronic customer signature signed within the app.
  • Email
    • Send a delivery confirmation email that contains a copy of the order, e-signature, and proof-of-delivery images once an order has been delivered.
• Multilingual capabilities
  • Offer your Driver Delivery App in English, Spanish, and/or French to allow users to interact in their native language.
