When processing payments, customer chargebacks may occur from time to time. To stay informed, sign up for email notifications in the MX Merchant portal provided by Priority Payments. If you don't have access yet, send a request to payments@kodaris.com. Once you have access, navigate to "Settings" in the MX Merchant portal.
Next, click on "Notifications".
Click the "+Add Notification" button.
Select "Chargeback" from the "Event Type" dropdown.
Toggle the "Email" Delivery Option to "Yes".
Type in the email address that should receive notifications in the "To" field.
Click "Save" button.
The table will show the new notification setting you just created. If you get a chargeback notification, email payments@kodaris.com and request an advanced copy of the mailed notification. The notification letter will contain specific information on how to respond to the disputed transaction and any supporting documentation requested.
