The Kodaris Employee Mobile App offers a Quick Order feature that allows you to expedite the ordering process. By knowing the SKUs of the products you want to order and the item quantity, you can place an order in just a few clicks. This feature enables your team to efficiently place orders on behalf of your customers while on the go, using their phone or tablet.
On the main Quick Order screen, you’ll find a section where you can begin a new order and a section that will show recently drafted orders that have yet to be placed. If you’d like to revisit a previously drafted order, you can click into an order under the “My orders” section and continue to build out the order. The order will contain all applicable information that was previously added, such as the product(s) associated with the order, the shipping and billing information, and more.
To begin placing a new Quick Order, all you have to do is use the “Select Company” search bar to search for the company under which you want to place the order. Once you begin typing, a suggested list of companies will appear, making it even simpler to find and select a company.
Once you’re brought to the order screen, you can begin by adding items to your order by typing a SKU or product name into the “Add item” search bar. Again, a suggested list will appear with all related products, and you can select your desired item.
By clicking on an item, you’ll see the inventory data associated with it, giving you insight into the price, the replacement cost, quantity available, and more. You can also choose your item quantity on this screen, and then add the item to your cart.
An itemized list of products will appear on the order screen. You can continue to add items or choose to check out.
The checkout screen will allow you to select a warehouse location for your order. Along with the warehouse location, you can select your shipping method, billing address, delivery address, and payment method. You also have the option to add a purchase order number.
The contact and addresses will automatically populate with the information stored under the Company account or Company Address if it exists, saving you time and the possibility for error due to manual entry; however, if needed, you can directly edit the contact and address fields within the app when placing a Quick Order.
For the payment method, you can select the option to pay via the “Payment on account”. Otherwise, you can select “Pay via email link”, which will prompt you to enter the email address that will receive a link to pay for the order.
After you’ve filled out all of the required fields and successfully place the order, the app will automatically push the order to your ERP system.
