Employee Mobile App - Add Internal Files to Leads

  1. Tap the menu icon

    You can attach internal files to individual lead entries such as meeting notes, quotes, email PDFs, or other helpful documentation. When used, this tab can act as a single source of truth for users when it comes to sales leads, enabling them to store any and all information pertaining to a lead in one single place. Open the employee mobile app and tap the "Menu" icon.

  2. Tap "Leads"

    Then, tap "Leads" to open. In order to access and update leads, you will need to be set up either as an “administrator” or a “superuser”, or have the following roles: “accountQuoting”, “leadEdit”, and “leadView”.

  3. Tap the lead to open

    Tap a "Lead" to view the details.

  4. Tap "Internal Files"

    Go to the "Internal Files" tab.

  5. Tap "+ ADD FILE" to attach file to the lead

    Now, tap the "+ ADD FILE" button to attach file to the lead. This will open the file location on your phone and you will be able to select the file to be added.

  6. Your uploaded files are stored in "Internal Files" tab

    Your uploaded files will display here.
