Operations Customers - Delete a Customer

  1. Navigate to "Customers" section

    To delete a customer, navigate to the "Customers" section in the Operations Portal.

  2. Click "Customers"

    Then, click "Customers". In order to access and update "Customers", you will need to be set up either "administrator" or a "superuser" or have the roles of "customerEdit" and "customerView".

  3. Click the "Data" tab

    Click the "Data" tab.

  4. Enter the customer's username in the Search field

    Enter the customer's username in the "Search..." field.

  5. Click the row number to select the row

    Now, click the row number to select the row.

  6. Click the "Edit" menu

    After selecting the row, click on the "Edit" menu.

  7. Select the "Delete selected rows" option

    Select the "Delete selected rows" option or use the keyboard shortcut. The customer will now be deleted.
