Employee Mobile App - Viewing Timelogs on Tickets

  1. Tap on "Menu"

    You can use the "Time Logs" tab in the Employee Mobile App to view time on tickets. To start, tap on "Menu".

  2. Tap on the "Tickets" section

    Then, tap on the "Tickets" section. In order to access and update "Tickets" you will need to be set up either as an "administrator" or a "superuser", or have the roles of: "ticketView" and "ticketEdit".

  3. Tap on the desired ticket

    Browse or search for the specific ticket for which you would like to view timelogs. Tap on the desired ticket to open its details screen.

  4. Tap on the "Time Logs" tab

    Swipe left on the tabs to locate the "Time Logs" tab then tap it.

  5. Time logs of the ticket are shown

    Time logs on the ticket are shown.
