Operations AP - Microsoft 365 Email Forwarding

  1. Navigate to https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com

    To set up Microsoft 365 Email forwarding, first turn on Forwarding for an Inbox. Navigate to the Microsoft 365 EAC through this link: https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com.

  2. Under Recipients, click "Mailboxes"

    Under Recipients, click "Mailboxes".

  3. Click the mailbox you want to forward

    Then, click the mailbox you want to forward.

  4. Click "Email forwarding"

    Next, click "Email forwarding".

  5. Click "Forward to an external email address"

    Click "Forward to an external email address".

  6. Enter in the email address

    Next, enter in the email address you want to forward to.

  7. Click "Save"

    Then, click "Save".

  8. Click on "Policies & rules"

    Next, create an anti-spam policy. Under Email and collaboration, click "Policies & rules"

  9. Click on "Threat policies"

    Click on "Threat policies"

  10. Click on "Anti-spam"

    Click on "Anti-spam"

  11. Click on "Create policy"

    Click on "Create policy"

  12. Name your policy appropriately

    Name your policy appropriately and click next

  13. Add the mailbox user you want to forward

    Add the mailbox user you want to forward and click next

  14. Choose "On - Forwarding is enabled"

    Choose "On - Forwarding is enabled" under the Forwarding rules and click next

  15. Click on create

    Now all you need to do is click create
