Operations PIM - Display Substitute, Options, and Upgrades Products

  1. Navigate to "System"

    To display product sliders for your substitutes, options, and upgrades which are stored as cross references in your ERP, navigate to the "System" section In the Operations Portal.

  2. Click "Settings"

    Then, click "Settings". In order to access and edit settings, you will need to be set up either as an “administrator” or a "superuser", or have the following roles: "settingEdit" and "settingView".

  3. Enter "publicWhitelistedCrossReferenceTypes"

    Enter "publicWhitelistedCrossReferenceTypes" in the field to search.

  4. Click on the more details icon

    Click on the more details icon to open the Settings details page.

  5. Enter the letters S, U, and O

    Enter S, U, and O in the Value field, separating each letter with a comma and no spaces. S - is for the Substitute Products, U - for Upgrades Products and O - for Related Products.

  6. Click "Save"

    Click the "Save" button to save the settings.

  7. The sliders will now be visible on the product details page

    The sliders will now be visible on the product details page, displaying the corresponding Substitute Products, Options, and Upgrades.
